Meadowview Knolls (MVK) is a Homeowners Association nestled in the tree covered knolls of West Keene, New Hampshire. This beautiful Monadnock region offers a peaceful community with easy access to walking trails, bike trails, schools, churches, medical services, shopping and downtown Keene. Our community comprised of 141 single family homes and townhomes offers open spaces, a clubhouse and a newly renovated pool.

MVK is a master association governed by a volunteer board of directors composed of representatives of each of the six sub-associations. Three of the sub-associations are made up of single-family homes Skyline Drive/Morgan Lane (27 homes), Newbury Lane (11 homes), and Summit Court (Summit Ridge Drive - 7 homes). Three of the sub-associations are condominium homes; Meadowlands (36 townhomes), Stonehouse Commons (34 townhomes), and Summit Ridge (26 townhomes).

The MVK board is responsible for oversight of the pool and parking lot, the clubhouse, the common open areas, and issues that impact the common good. Our MVK community promotes a sense of community to enhance the livability, safety, welfare and interests of the owners. We seek to preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life through the prudent use of resources for the benefit of all who live in our community
